In addition, the ISP which block the use of intellectual property is stupid. Neither the public IP block list, which is the intellectual property contained on the website. Only a stupid manager does not know how one appears to be a block list post
Better support for the ISP to call and ask why they have blocked your IP. their message is incomplete.
