That is probably what happened. The ladies bathroom) was too tight (as usual, it was ballsy enough to go into the bedroom of men. He probably tried to sit her pad change / towel and accidentally in the toilet. I could, and take out .... That is simply annoying and difficult when she left there for the guy to clean maintenance. It does not hurt him. :)
