My friend wants to save the wine for the people in a cooler business. He has a business and wants to buy a refrigerator to keep to 3,000 bottles. He believes that there is a real market for this service. What are your thoughts?

Good question. A school of wine, we have many people ask for such services. However, if you want to open a factory, you have to think in the much greater volume. 3000 might seem like much, but the school has two basement: 1K is one and the other is located 5 km from bottles. Extreme is the (we are a wine school, after all), but you can expect a serious collectors - who are the only ones who want this service - would have somewhere between 500-1000 bottles in his cellar.
You need a plant with a capacity of 30,000 bottles, separate compartments for each customer, and redundant cooling systems and backup generators in case of power failure.
