I currently am GNC creatine 189, creatine hydrochloride is strengthened and I wonder if I could take regular creatine monohydrate with it ....... or is that even creatine. I wonder if anyone would know to take the supplement, sticking beast and whether it is safe to mix creatine with this ...... Thanks
